I’m really curious as to what the texture is like. It looks like it would be similar to one of those chalky hard candies. Like Smarties or those sticks you would lick and dip into sugar.

It is interesting that they have developed a method to do something about plastic, but you have to wonder about the nutritional yields. Most of that will likely act similar to fiber – just bulk mass. The real question is whether it is benign enough on the human body as it passes on through.
Not sure if I would be a taste tester…
