      Mackie deserved a solo outing as Captain America in a Captain America film not as a surrogate for Hulk.

      Let’s be honest, there’s only going to be one Captain America people will pay attention to in Doomsday, and it’s not Anthony Mackie. That is what happens when you bring Chris Evans back for the film.

      Mackie doesn’t “deserve” anything. I’ll never understand making him Captain America. Falcon was fine as a character. You didn’t need to make him Falcon/Captain America. It’s just so stupid.

      This might get downloaded into oblivion, but I’m extremely skeptical about Doomsday. Ever since the end of the Infinity Saga, the MCU has shown that it’s starting to become extremely vulnerable to audience fatigue. So now I think Disney has begun to panic, and it’s just trying to throw every single Marvel property they have access to into the same movie and hoping they can recapture that same lightning in a bottle.

      As Disney has been doing for the past few decades now, they milked the absolute hell out of the franchise and flooded the zone with way too many TV shows and movies, so now that even to just keep up with the lore for Doomsday, it feels like you have to go back and do hours upon hours of homework, and watch shows you may not even be interested in, or just aren’t very good. The Infinity Saga worked because it was a longer buildup, and the amount of content you had to consume in order to keep up with It was just a few movies a year. Sure they had the odd show here and there like agents of shield, but that wasn’t mandatory watching if you wanted to keep up with what was going on in the films.

      Fake fan. In the movies and hasn’t seen every movie, tv show and DEFENITLY didn’t read any tie-in comics and novels. Fucking hack.

      My only real issue with AM as Captain America is that for any non-enhanced human a metal frisbee is not a viable weapon and him flying around machine gun fights would last a few seconds before he was shot and killed.

      Edit: Basically nothing about him being able to be a hero makes any sense!
