Nice viz. I don’t know enough about black Jack, but I assume green makes your toes tap
Row / column averages would be interesting! Assume I assume this is 3:2 blackjack payout but it should be stated.
Putting all the 10s together really hurts the graphic. A lot of the range is hidden. And blackjacks are mysteriously absent.
Interesting trends. I don’t play blackjack, so I didn’t have any experience or ideas on this. The hard line between 11 and 12 was surprising.
Its not obvious to me why a 5-5 pair is advantageous compared to its neighbors.

Nice. I learned the bet strategy with cue cards years ago and this really helps visualize/quantify why it’s a bet/split/stand/hit
