Do we get to have a tariff on all the smoke Canada gets from coal plants the US has in the Midwest and northeast? Nearly 50% of Indiana’s, 1/3 of Minnesota’s and 1/4 of Ohio’s generation is coal and these are not outlier states (Michigan is 21%).
