And 553 million light years is practically in our backyard, cosmically speaking.

The universe never ceases to amaze. likely any dark spot in this you “zoomed” into would revel layers and layers of more depth. The first ever Hubble Deep Field shot still blows my mind all these years later.

The light there, inside the cluster probably is more than blinding or burning. Still an amazing picture. Even so far to ever go there

So how many planets do astronomers estimate could exist in the Hercules cluster if there are over 100,000 stars?

    6. I wonder what the night sky would look like from a planet inside the cluster

    7. Astounding! Thanks for sharing.

I got my Dwarf Mini during the no-dark period here in Europe so have only been able to shoot the moon (and the sun) so far. But a dense cluster like Hercules is one of the top objects I’m waiting to picture. May I ask how big your stack was and how long did you shoot for? And was this in EQ mode?
