It’s a special weeding operation. Part of track maintenance, they need to remove all the vegetation near the tracks… for safety.

This is so bad. If the grass was very dry, that moving fire-spilling train would ignite the unholy mother of all wildfires. Why don’t these POS brake and call a firefighting helicopter?

Well, the flames are, of course, very encouraging as is the ripped camouflage netting flapping around uselessly.
Not sure what that wooden chest is doing on that train presuming it is carrying fuel and very likely munitions given what looks like a shipping container before the fire.
I can only imagine what the conductor is thinking at this point, but I suspected something like, „BYLAT“.
