What does white camo guy do at ~ 2:01? Seems to hit a dude on the head? Someone panicking/refusing to fight?

At 4:28 if you look at the top left corner there seems to something small exploding? At first i thought its muzzle flash and was very confused by it cause its so high. Maybe a grenade? Rpg? Anyone have an idea?
