Let me guess…. Tariffs? Like the ones he’s slapping on everyone anyway?

His threats hold no weight any more because everyone knows he’s going to behave erratically no matter what is agreed to

Soo Google is not adhereing to the laws of the jurisdiction where they operate in… therefore get fined …

And the cartelboss is pissed because he doesnt want his gangmembers to pay fines for not adhereing to laws….

It seems like law and order isnt the most important for the don..

Just a reminder to all Europeans. You can use Proton for your emails, cloud storage, VPN etc. You can use various search engines like Qwant, Mojeek, and Ecosia. You can use browsers like Vivaldi and Mullvad. You can use a de-googled fairphone.

Fuck American big tech. It may be impossible to 100% disconnect, but you can give them a ruddy good bloody nose.

    5. Once the smoke settles the world is going to see how badly this guy fucked America 🇺🇸. Europe is walking away from American tech companies and cloud infrastructure and also moving away From American credit cards. They’re going to start implementing their own and bypass the American system completely.

The EU would be wise to isolate themselves from currupt American business for the foreseeable future.

We don’t care anymore. Trump has made America irrelevant on the world stage. We’re going elsewhere now

    8. Im sure he doesnt care but if he has a sliver of intelligence left, he would see that putting tariffs on EU hurts them more than it hurts EU. Plus google still has to pay. He seems to forget that while there are a lot of american customers, they are not the center of the world. Push us long enough and we can just stop caring about trading to US entirely

    9. Us has more to lose on a tit for tat tbh.

Not like trumps tarrif stuff is legal even in us. Rest of the world can weather the storm.

Can the average american tolerate their costs continously going up to the same level as the rest of the world but less quality?

I don’t get it. Google is a private company. Why is it of any relevance to him?

(I suppose it’s a kind of rhetorical question really, isn’t it).

    11. Oh no! You’re telling us we’re going to have to pay extra for chlorinated chickens that don’t pass EU safety standards. How tragic 🫤

Why aren’t arrest warrants being issued against him in EU for unlawful invasion in Venezuela, Iran and for threatening Denmark?

How comes he hasn’t paid a big price for 38000 mentions in the Epstein files!

If this guy could have just not raped children, I don’t think the world would be in this mess.

An American Redditor recently asked me if I was “a proud American” (because they think everyone they talk is American – doesn’t even cross their mind that someone might not be an American) which baffled me.

How can any American these days feel pride for being American? How can you not be ashamed 24/7 for how much your country has fallen? And if your answer is “not my fault, dude, I just live my life”, that’s understandable but then you can’t be proud for being an American as well.

How utterly bizarre to see America fall in real time.

    16. The „Law and Order“ president gets really upset when laws apply ro him and his friends.

    17. Unable_Character2410 on

Why not try to understand why the EU fined them in the first place?

But then I suppose expecting Trump to respect any laws is a big ask. Let alone expecting him to understand that laws are different in other countries. He thinks he and the USA are world police unfortunately.

    18. Different US state departments (e.g NYDFS) fine companies all the time, but it’s apparently supposed to be a „one way street“.

    19. Not_my_Name464 on

Let’s just say the EU stop buying American for a while, what impact would that have on the American economy – just putting it out there…

    20. Why are we caring about a company paying fines for their service in another country? FFS

    21. Plastic-Equipment815 on

I always thought that a President was the representative of its people and not of trillion Dollar companies.

    22. Google and all the tech bros need to be fined more for all the invasion of privacy and enshitification they are doing to the worls

    23. Adorable-Ad-6230 on

The funny thing is he still thinks Europe is going to stop punishing Google for breaking the law.

We in Europe literally do not give a *hit about his bloody tariffs threats. Americans are the ones paying them anyway.

    24. passerby4830 on

Full on corporatism. The state isn’t supposed to protect corporations, it’s supposed to protect it’s citizens.

I hope they put him in the cell the other side of Tate’s cannibal friend 😆

    26. Ohhh no, seems they must work harder on replacing everything coming out of the US.
