Ich wurde an einer deutschen Universität angenommen und muss mich jetzt einschreiben. Ich möchte eine TK-Versicherung nutzen. Für die Immatrikulation ist eine Krankenversicherung erforderlich. Auf TK, wenn ich mich anmelden möchte, heißt es, dass sie eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung benötigen.
Ich bin etwas verwirrt.
Auf der Immatrikulationsseite der Universität muss ich meine Krankenversicherungsnummer angeben.
Wird meine Krankenversicherungsnummer auch ohne Immatrikulationsbescheinigung bekannt gegeben? Kann ich mich auch ohne bewerben?

Your screenshot only states that they need an Immatrikulationsbescheinigung. They give you the option to upload it, „if you already got one“.
Since you don’t have one yet, simply ignore the upload, get the insurance, enroll at uni and send your documents to the insurance company later.
Register with TK without the enrollment document, then enroll, then submit the document back to TK. They’re not saying they need it now. But you should sent it to them so they calculate your premium correctly.
The screenshot says „If you already have it, you can upload it at the end“. If you don’t have it yet, you skip that and upload it later.
