Einem Stadtbusfahrer in Tschenstochau wird vorgeworfen, im Landverkehr eine Katastrophe verursacht und den Verletzten nicht geholfen zu haben. Er soll den Fahrer eines Pkw kurz vor der Kreuzung unter Druck gesetzt haben. Der 19-Jährige kapitulierte und fuhr direkt unter die Räder eines entgegenkommenden Zuges.

In what universe is this the bus driver’s fault? Is there a video with sound that changes the situation? The bus stopped a normal distance from the driver and only started moving when the van moved. Also, I’m not sure what the laws are in different towns, but I am not capable in assisting with a train derailment. This is as the title states, a disaster. If the train were carrying chemicals or flammables, the lives of the people on the bus would be my priority. Perhaps the bus driver really was at fault, but looking at the video alone shows all of the things I would have done.

Gdyby ten 19-latek zamiast na przejazd, wjechałby np. na przejście z pieszymi i sam by nie zginął a zraniłby bądz zabił kogoś innego to czy szukalibyśmy winy w trąbiącym kierowcy za nim?
Trochę jak z ruchem wahadłowym – nie wjadę pod czerwone bo jakiś głupi buc za mną się niecierpliwi i trąbi i nie byłoby to dla mnie usprawiedliwienie wjazdu. No chyba, że nie wiem – chłop by wyszedł i szedł do mojego auta to bym wtedy musiał uciekać ale to nie ta sytuacja.
Jak? Ktoś trąbi na mnie więc godzę się ze śmiercią i wjeżdżam pod pociąg? Z drugiej strony, cała sytuacja zaszła i w jakiś sposób to trąbiący za mną jest winien mojej śmierci? Co to za poziom abstrakcji?
