We absolutely need much stricter measures against people that throw their cigarette butts and empty packages everywhere. Smoking is not the problem to me, it‘s the waste!
Either prohibit single use filters or remove them at all.

I just want to be able to enjoy a meal on a terrace without having to breathe in cigarette smoke for once.
I would be all in favor for a system more like japan, BAN it everywhere in public and only allowed in designated spaces like those small huts and closed off rooms you would find near train stations and such. But be completely up to the owners of businesses to allow smoking indoors or not.
As a smoker thats something i could easily find acceptable. ban everywhere in public but give the freedom to be smoking indoors in privatly owned places. Because then the choice of being in a smoky place lies on you.
