What!?取得義務化!???? When the MyNumber card was first introduced promises were made it would not become mandatory. Maybe my memories are a bit hazy but it was approved in the Diet under strict conditions of it being optional, not mandatory. Now they want to change it retrospectively!?
It is defacto mandatory for many workers because health insurance companies are told to force employees to use combined my number health card.
How about making it faster to renew rather than it taking 3 months? Like some municipalities are saying it takes more than 3 months from the expiration notice that is sent 2-3 months out.
