I dare anyone to come up with a better example of irony than a SecDef going to Congress to ask for more money for a war that they had to avoid calling a war to bypass Congressional approval for it, and one that has supposedly been „won“ several times already.
Does „Testify“ really apply when all they do is spew lies and bullshit?
