    1. That’s the start. Yes, just the start. Capacity-shcmapacity should be around 5% — completely useless in practice but still bothering and feeding hope because it exists.

      It would be two or three levels up if the AFU could find out what cargo is being transported by a ferry and strike the cargo relevant to the war machine and not destroy the ferry itself. The Russian population of Crimea will need a way to leave if the bridge gets any worse.
