What a strange report. Why would people wear balaclavas while travelling in a car? It would only serve to draw attention and create suspicion.

Sounds like 4 dopes. Not a lot of details in the report but arrested for evading Gardaí, nothing about wanted in connection with another crime or in possession of drugs or weapons nor in a stolen vehicle. Would they have been arrested if they had just stopped?

But what crime was committed? Seems very hard to prove a crime was committed in court.
The 4 boys leading the gardai off on the chase with nothing on them. While their mates ransack somewhere. Hopefully not and they’ve caught a crew but I wouldn’t be surprised.

Bang them up for a long time. Ascertain if they were on the way to a crime or had already committed one. Balaclavas to avoid being copped on CCTV. There’s been a spate of break-ins and car thefts in Wicklow recently. Hope they’ve got enough on them to take them out of circulation.
Surge or car and bike robberies in Wicklow. I’d the Garda know exactly who these fellas are.
