I don’t get it. Was greece in base game because there’s no dlc name underneath? How would you drive there if Balkans and Italy wasn’t in a game?
The devs really split scandinavia up across 3 dlc.
I reject this game since the Sweden dlc skipped over my city but kept our rival city >:(
