Ich habe diesen und einen weiteren ähnlichen Schaden im Badezimmer einer Hybel gemeldet, die ich gemietet hatte. Was den Schaden verursacht hat, war der Knauf, den man von IKEA bekommt, an dem man seine Handtücher aufhängen kann. Am Ende fielen sie herunter und verursachten diesen Schaden.
Ich bin ausgezogen und wir diskutieren gerade darüber, meine Kaution zurückzubekommen. Mein ehemaliger Vermieter sagt, dass es 4500 Kronen kosten wird. Ich schwöre, es sollte weniger als 1000 Kronen sein.
Hatte eine tolle Beziehung zu meinem alten Vermieter, aber werde ich hier verarscht? Der Schaden hat die Größe eines Daumennagels.

Tell your landlord to go fuck himself.
4500 for that is just a scam. You could fix that little spot with a little bit of plaster and paint. Probably a 5 minute job.
If it’s in a bathroom, 4500 is entirely plausible. You can’t patch everywhere in a bathroom. Also, you’re not going to get any professional to come around, and it to be less than 1000. Personally I think 4500 sounds reasonable.
To fix this you will have to hire a person to spackle over the hole and then repaint. Worst case the room would need to be repainted. You could argue that the towel hanger was insufficiently/incorrectly attached (unless you put it up yourself).
That’s crazy price, 4500kr about 420 euros for a little patch? Do you have before and after photos proving the damage? If not just tell them you won’t pay anything. Otherwise, ask around for a quote get the cheapest one and tell the landlord the price should be the cheapest quote.
Fixing this back to original state costs more than 4500.-, as you need to paint the complete wall to recreate the structure.
However,tell your landlord it is not your fault. He did not use binder/sealant (grunning) under the plaster. That is why it detached.
What i an trying to say is don’t haggle over price. Argue rather you are not responsible.
