In der frühen Stunde, von 19 bis 20 Uhr, werden die vier Kandidaten vertreten sein, die im Juni an der demokratischen Vorwahl teilnahmen und mehr als 20 % der Stimmen erhielten. Es sind Bellows, Jackson, Shah und Wood. In der Stunde von 20 bis 21 Uhr werden die verbleibenden fünf Kandidaten berücksichtigt, die entweder nicht an einem Rennen teilgenommen haben oder weniger als 20 % der Stimmen erhalten haben. Es sind Costello, Dickerson, Kleban, Loud und Webb."

Splitting it into two hours like this is such a weird format choice. The second hour is basically the JV debate nobody asked for, and most people will tune out after the first hour. Feels like they’re just giving the lower-tier candidates a participation trophy.
