Wishing them the best! Godspeed Vikram!
First attempt usually ends in scrub.

[The Vikram-I](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vikram-I) is a 24 meter tall rocket with 4 rocket stages. The first three stages are solid propellant. The 4th stage uses liquid hypergolic propellants. The entire design seems focused on being easily stored.
All 4 stages are likely derived from ballistic missiles. It looks like they took the [Agni-V](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agni-V) design and stuck a hypergolic 4th stage on top. Both seem to use similar composite casings for the solid stages. Calling this privately developed is extremely misleading. In the US privately developed rockets generally use liquid propellants and share zero parts with ballistic missiles.
