Sort of a side note, but: it’s weird-but-not-really that the Punisher Flag and the Thin Blue Line flag are aligned. The Thin Blue Line is the semi-fascist idea that society is perpetually on the verge of anarchy in a way that only a strong, unified police force can contain, while the Punisher is a vigilante who believes that individuals should take up arms rather than giving a corrupt institution a monopoly on force. The only real overlap is Violence Is Good.

He was displaying a flag that the FBI itself flew outside of its building, and was given to him by the FBI in recognition of his work.
