I have found a new career, I’ve always believed sleeping is my true calling in life

I don’t really believe in the spirit persisting in the living world after death, so I’d be up for it.

What tests are used to test for supernatural phenomena?

Surely by the very fact that the supernatural phenomena can be detected by physical means would be evidence that the supernatural phenomena are not in fact supernatural?

I bet it’s really just the fucking estate agent in a ghost outfit that he bought from Donki.

I get the thing about murders or suicides but if a death in a house made it uninhabitable more than half the houses in my home country would be abandoned.

So you’re saying I could buy a cheap death-house in Japan? How much cheaper are we taking? 10% less than market value? 50% less?

    10. the phrase in parenthesis makes me think the pay is different if you can „prove there are ghosts“

    11. I bet that Japanese ghosts are polite, maybe not to foreigners but id rather have a japanese ghost then a guy from Texas, Alberta or Florida

About $485 USD for a night’s work. Not bad, but I dunno if you could make a living at it.
