So is Nygaard and many midfield players, robbed imo but that’s the way the cookie crumbles. Try to stand up and face the opponents next game England and on might «go home» with some pride left x

England… reduced to a team of „Neymars“ diving, complaining and filming.

The English team (especially Kane) were diving left and right trying to fish for penalty kicks and the like, but we can’t use that as an excuse for the loss.
England played better than us this time, they dominated the game for almost 30 minutes in the first half, our boys barely touched the ball.
The only thing I’d be very critical of is the referee cancelling Norway’s goal due to Haaland „shoving.“ If that is enough to cancel a goal, almost every corner shot leading to a goal in the history of football would be cancelled as there’s always some shoving and pushing. The English boy just exaggerated the fall.
But that’s just how it is in football, diving is a part of the game. One of the reasons I never watch the sport unless we somehow qualify for the World Cup like we did.
We should be proud of our boys regardless, they have fought well and never before has Norway gotten further in the World Cup.

England players may have dived fishing for a free kick or penalty but the fact remains that the heat and humidity took the gas out of most of the players and it felt as if it affected Norway more. The players just couldn’t run anymore and it’s absolutely understandable if you have been in Miami is July heat. It is the fault of the organisers that Argentina gets their games in evening and cooler weather while rest of us struggled with the daytime games.
England were gassed too but they just pushed through, extra time was too poor to watch because of no endurance at either side.

Haaland didn’t play alone. It’s ridiculous to have this wave of individuality after one player.

Nyland, Bobb, Nusa and Berg arguably were more of an impact on Norway getting so far. Especially Nyland, he played out of his mind this tournament and is my personal pick for the best Norwegian player of the competition.

As a Finn I was really rooting for you. Had a few friends over to watch the game late into the night. Hell of an effort and there’s a lot of promise for the Euros in two years. Thanks for the great times, thoroughly enjoyed cheering for Norway.
