Ich bin ein internationaler Masterstudent in Deutschland und studiere Industrieinformatik. Ich habe mich in den letzten 6 Monaten um Stellen im Bereich IT-Support, Systemadministrator, Cloud, DevOps und Werkstudent/Praktikum beworben, aber keine positiven Antworten erhalten. Meistens werde ich entweder abgelehnt oder bekomme nie eine Antwort.
Ich habe meinen Lebenslauf mehrmals aktualisiert und versucht, ihn an verschiedene Stellen anzupassen, aber mir fehlt eindeutig etwas.
Könnte sich bitte jemand meinen Lebenslauf ansehen und mir ehrliches Feedback geben? Ich würde mich sehr über jeden Rat freuen, was ich verbessern, entfernen oder hinzufügen sollte. Halten Sie sich nicht zurück – ich möchte wirklich wissen, was falsch ist, damit ich es beheben kann.

Before I even read the detail, your formatting is pretty unimpressive. For example, your headings are not all spaced the same way and the first one is in uppercase while the others are not. The font sizes don’t even appear to be identical.
There are other formatting issues. If your CV were an example of your work, it signals low quality and lack of attention to detail. It also suggests to me that you don’t really know how to use a computer, if you can’t format a document properly. Which is shocking for someone looking for a role in the IT industry.
To be honest—and these days I think it needs to be said—AI could do a better job.

It screams „Indian“ by the usage of the nonsensical percentages alone. X improved by 30%, output increased by 17%…that is complete bullshit from a German perspective. No way to check these numbers, no way to measure it.
Look up how a German CV is structured. Do that.

German level is too low. It’s low even for a regular ass KfZ ausbildung
IT support without speaking the local language is going to be near impossible.
Reads like a data sheet, nothing personal with a dated vibe and an dusty photo. Also states similar info in the header and footer
Additionally to what people have said already: the job market is quite bad at the moment. I’m hearing the same thing from many different professions. I was looking for a job earlier this year and it was hard…
I saw your info before you removed the details. You need more recent practical experiences outside of classes. I guess employers are not going to give much credit to those from before 2024 with tech support in your home country. Of course, I realize you are exactly looking to get those experiences now by applying and the job market is difficult. Haven’t been able to land those opportunities, can you try to gang up with fellow students and create your own start up instead? Or even work on tech solutions for non profits organizations. Does your university provide some sort of innovation or entrepreneurial center that could help? I don’t have any more concrete advice than spitballing here, and maybe you explored that direction already, but I would try anything that helps to spice up your resume with recent experiences and activities. Recruiters get maybe 15 of this before Lunch. The problem is you don’t have enough knowledge of the common ways of work invoirment in Germany , *my chef would say.
