• Soft Rock/Metal mit minimalen Schreien und ohne vulgäre Sprache (Bonuspunkte, wenn es religiös/christlich ist)
• Alternative Rock oder Garage Indie
• andere Melodien, die jemand in seinen frühen 30ern hören würde, ohne dabei einen modernen Musikgeschmack beizubehalten

There are so few notable bands in Finland these days that nothing really rings a bell with what you’re seeking. Finnish music industry is all about iskelmä and rap artists these days. If someone in their 30’s is listening to non-vulgar, non-heavy modern band music, it’s more likely that they listen to music that’s not from Finland
I guess we have a somewhat similar taste, except for the religious thing – I like to listen to music by Ismo Alanko, Sir Elwood, J. Karjalainen – if you are brave enough to venture a bit away from this, you may actually enjoy Ultra Bra (think: the love child of ABBA and High School Musical), or even Värttinä (traditional songs with a more modern twist).
Finnish music scene is very broad and advanced, much more than what you would get to expect from such a small country, and there is a lot to discover – but these should give you a good starting point. Enjoy!
