      as soon as I started seeing that phenomenon when I still lived in Brussels I realized it was time move back to the civilised world.

      Pff ze maken een mooie wereld naar de klutte. 

      Soms wou ik dat we meer zoals japan waren, schoon alles opruimen en respect voor uw omgeving. Hoe moeilijk kan het zijn…

      well to be honest this type of behavior is not specific to brussels, Anderlecht or even Belgium. With a little online research, one can find other places in France or Germany, for example (often in small towns with tall buildings), where, quite obviously, the way to get rid of waste or bulky items is to throw everything out the window. And given the sometimes insane accumulation of debris, it doesn’t seem like anyone is doing anything about it.

      If they were really cleaning up trash, they’d throw out some of the inhabitants.

      My neighbour did this to get rid of the tenants. They hadn’t payed him for a few months.
      He busted down the door. Threw everything onto the street. He warned them a week before he would do this. They didn’t believe him.
      It was brutal.
      Police was called. Police didn’t do anything because friends of the tenants were already there to pick up the mess.

      ja maar die zijn integer genoeg om als goede belg dat darna komen op te ruimen hoor. Dat spreekt tocxh voor zich, want als je dat zou laten liggen, dan ben leef je in je eigen vuil, en ben je eigenlijk niet beter dan een varken. Zulk een mensen zouden geen plaats mogen hebben in onze maatschappij, en dat weten zij ook. Dus die willen het risico niet lopen om verantwoordelijk gehouden te worden voor hun eigen daden. Mensen die dat gewoon zouden laten liggen, waar ik dus 200% zeker van ben dat rechtschapen burgers zoals deze personen dus niet toe behoren, die zouden eigenlijk toch echt wel mogen op eender welke uit de maatschappij verwijderd worden he. Iedereen zou er beter van af zijn.

      scha op u trouwens OP, om dit nu al te posten, en niet later, wanneer je ook de after-picture er bij kon zetten. Zo de mensen tegen elkaar willen opzetten zeg!
