Having seen the quality of this silo, they better don’t.
They should rather rebuild the Exchange, St John Church and other Soviet destroyed landmarks.
plus a tram and a coastal light rail
There’s more valuable things to restore / rebuild there.
Not in the near future. I actually asked in the Castle museum 😅 it’s too expensive (we’re talking hundreds of millions euros) without a verified plan of an original castle. It would be a semi-creative interpretation of the building anyways.
