Ich bin schwedischer Staatsbürger und wurde diesen Herbst zum Studium an einer Universität in Finnland zugelassen.
Ich bin derzeit auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung, aber viele Vermieter verlangen für die Unterzeichnung des Mietvertrags einen finnischen Online-Bankausweis (starke Authentifizierung). Das Problem ist, dass ich keine finnischen Bankzugangsdaten erhalten kann, ohne vorher eine finnische Adresse zu haben, sodass ich in einer Art Zwickmühle stecke.
War jemand in der gleichen Situation? Wie hast du es gelöst? Gibt es Vermieter wie LUMO.fi oder dergleichen, an die Sie sich wenden können, um Passkopien zur Identifizierung zu verwenden? Die studentischen Wohnungsbaugesellschaften geben an, dass es im Sommer zu spät sei, ein Studentenwohnheim zu bekommen.
Ich würde mich wirklich über jeden Rat freuen. Danke!

Have you seen services like Noli Studios?
If you can’t get a place at the student housing association, the next best thing is probably an AirBnB or the private rental market. Most landlord companies (Lumo, Sato, etc.) require the strong authentication thing
It also depends where your location is going to be.

You can contact them directly, at least Lumo allowed renting without strong authentication from abroad few years ago if you just called/emailed them.

Have you tried the facebook groups as well? Its probably Vuokra-asunnot.
At least VISMA we use at work should work with swedish bank credentials. (They specifically tell Norwegian SSN isn’t accepted).
Are you sure your bank credentilas don’t work for signing?
If the strong authentication they require is suomi.fi it should regognize some of other European authentication services. Just scroll to the bottom and click on foreign authentication methods and select Sweden from there.
This is truly a difficuly situation. You must contact every authority, ask what to do with your situation.
Now you have this Finnish tradition done, they will all cathegoricly point at the some other institution for the paper work.
(Surprise, it’s the first official or instance almost always, they just want to see your nervous breakdown, afterwards they give their wife a real pimp fuck)
