      as a Russian, I’d probably be really into hoarding in Russia, because who knows maybe in two weeks the supermarket won’t be delivering everywhere anymore and if there’s no food left in the supermarket, then you’ll only be able to get by with a horse carriage

      I dont think they are all workers at a refinery. Maybe a few of them.

      Unless „safety sandals“ are approved for working in a refinery.

      Not to mention the lack of helmets and fireproof clothing.
