If it were an ethnic flags wall, then yeah, this would make sense. But it’s a wall of national (state) flags. Also, the majority of the population is Russian and they’re ok with this flag. Many have clothes with it or keep it in their homes and cars

I’ve personally always liked our flag when I was growing up especially the traditional border pattern. Lately however there’s been some bad blood tied to this flag. The Pahonia flag looks pretty badass you can’t argue that. I’ve seen some renditions that combine the pahonia flag and the current one

I don’t see why you should be bothered with anybody’s feelings towards your personal mural of flags, especially if it is not even exhibited publicly. If you begin to dig into it you may find that 99% of world’s flags are smeared with blood. I personally am not a fan of this flag and what it stands for, but it is a de facto and de jure national flag, so if your goal is to have a wall of national flags, you have to have it, until it is changed.

PS: As a kid I used to have a similar wall of flags, only mine were much smaller.
