Deutronamaly here (a kind of Red-Green colorblindness which has only problems with the shades of green). This is a great map for me.

For Hungary it might be deceiving that the map shows NUTS-3 (counties) but based on the pattern of the colours, the data is on NUTS-2 (regional) level. For this reason Budapest and the surrounding Pest county appear to be on the same level which I’d find surprising.
