„Nooo!! You can’t heat your homes and produce food cheaper than any time in history! You’re killing us all!“

    2. The department of Defense is the world’s largest polluter. All we have to do is stop the endless wars and we’ll be fine.

Ah the ’science has been settled‘ bollocks. I seem to remember that same shite being spouted around covid. Settled my arse

Mmm-hmm. Just like they claimed the polar bears would be extinct by now.Just like they said that both coasts of the U.S. would be submerged by now.And just like they claimed that the world would be plunged into a second Ice Age, all due to to man-made „climate change“.

TL;DR Fuck off with your fear-mongering bullshit OP..

    5. Have you ever done any critical thinking or research on the earth’s climate history? It’s almost like the earth has ebb and flow of its climate throughout history and it will keep happening with or without human intervention.

Even the environmentalistic politicians and other actors are not serious about global warming. For example they omit the fact that corn production increase the heat index 5-10+° during peak seasons. They just want to transform commerce to fight this with more production and geo engineering when in fact the only thing that could be done about it to halt production. Which would obviously cause a slew of societal issues. So there is a choice for them, race to get slots in the bunker or stop all production and let the earth return to a more homeostastic place. Since you can’t stop a heard of sheep from running off a cliff it seems the only choice for them.

Getting this heated over something so trivial is crazy.

You know the vikings used to plant in Greenland so they could make beer? It was way hotter a few hundred years ago than now.

And you still have to properly explain how this is caused by humans and it’s not just another way for the elite to take freedoms from us through citizen carbon footprints that don’t apply to industries which polute way more.

    8. The planet saviors aka eco-terrorists are here with the same BS. Take any event and make it sensational news. They think somehow they will color the universe green. What a waste of time and resources.

At a time when the „science is settled“ mob are retracting most of their estimates

    10. It’s goofy that you care this much but don’t realize it’s corporations that are doing all the pollution.

Until someone gets locked up over epstein, things will never change.

    11. Oh yeah climate change is so real and definitely not a bs weapon used to weaken the west.

After all, its not like the same celebrity’s, rich elite, and privileged „experts“ and doctors who constantly yell at us about our lifestyle also drive fancy sports cars/suvs, go on lavish trips, and own beach homes while the rest of us have to live in a shoebox and drink from a paper straw right?

Tell you what, ill believe in climate change the day leftist politicians who scream about climate change start living by the same bs they whine about. (They never will.)

There is no such thing as „settled science“ that’s just gaslighting by government funded „scientists“ to protect their funding. The climate has been getting hotter and cooler for millions of years and there is a ton of evidence that shows that. For the last hundred years we’ve been coming out of the „mini ice age“ that caused famine and disease to run rampant for nearly two centuries. We just recently experienced a grand solar maximum which happens roughly every thousand years. Again there is literally tons of physical evidence of the cycle in ice cores and tree growth rings. Not to mention the well documented fact that during the jurassic period when there were both mega fauna and dense jungles and forests covering about 90% of the planets surface the CO2 level was about 4 times what it is today.

If you want to focus on man’s effects on the planet, then you should really be focusing on the pollution, trash, and deforestation . Those are the true dangers. Deforestation is the only true effect humans have had on the climate.

I’m old enough to remember when we were all going to die from acid rain. Then there was global cooling and we were going to freeze to death. Then we were putting holes in the ozone layer and we were all going to die from that. Then we switched to plastic bags from paper because we were killing the rainforest.

When they rebranded global warming as climate change and still rode around in private jets while telling me to keep my a/c at 78 and drive less, I tuned out. The covid debaucle taught me that anyone that says „settled science“ is either a religious fanatic or a crook. Science invites challenge, questions, and scrutiny.

    14. You’re right! All we have to do is support our government unconditionally and give them tons of money and I’m sure they’ll fix everything, right?

    15. Climate Change is a Club of Rome scam.

“The NGOs — from the **Club of Rome** to the Friends of the Earth, the World Wildlife Fund, Aspen Institute, and Worldwatch Institute — all began a concerted international campaign, especially among university students, to attack industrial society as evil and population growth as a cancer, and to demand a shift to renewable energy sources such as solar and wind as the “solution” to the end of the era of oil. **By maintaining control of the grassroots environmental movement’s agenda, the NGOs could maintain control of the outcome, making sure it didn’t threaten fundamental oil interests. The motive of the Rockefellers’ new concern for the planet’s ecology was that only they — and not the general population – would define what was meant by ‘ecology’ and identify who was to blame for problems linked to it.**

As part of their “Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars” agenda of global social engineering, **they began propagandizing the scientifically-unsubstantiated notion that carbon emissions such as from oil-fuelled cars or coal power plants — manmade emissions of C02 — were creating a new threat to the future of the planet—’Global Warming.’** It was the same Malthusian austerity agenda of the wealthy circles around the Rockefeller circles and the circles of the 1001 A Nature Trust, dressed up in new guise.

**While pollution remained a genuine problem, the idea that it was ‘warming’ the climate was a fabrication.**

The **cofounder of the Club of Rome** and founding member of 1001 A Nature Trust, **Dr Alexander King admitted the essential fraud some years later in his book, The First Global Revolution. He stated: In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill…** All these dangers are caused by human intervention and it is only through changed attitudes and behaviour that they can be overcome. The real enemy, then, is humanity itself. ^23”

“The question one had to ask was, why would the leading figures in the world of AngloAmerican oil and the banking establishment create and finance a movement ostensibly aimed at reducing industrial growth and ultimately lowering consumption of petroleum?

The answer was not so obvious. As then Secretary of State **Henry Kissinger purportedly said** at the time of the launch of the global ecology NGOs during the mid-1970s, **“If you control the oil you can control entire nations or groups of nations.”** ^24 It is also worth noting that **by hammering away the message of “humanity” as “the real enemy,” the corporate world, by sleight of hand, effectively diverted attention away from itself and onto ordinary people.**

For David Rockefeller’s circles, oil had become far more than a source of personal or even corporate riches. **It had become the effective throttle or controller of the entire world economy.** If certain powerful interests were able to control that throttle — either turning on the fuel or shutting it down — they essentially would be able to control the fate of nations and of world geopolitics. That was the Rockefeller agenda in the 1970s.** How it unfolded in the ensuing decades would define wars and world economic crises in ways few could even dimly perceive. **Crises and perceptions were being deliberately manipulated by a powerful few, using oil or lack of it as the throttle of their world power.”**

If TPTB actually cared about climate change, they’d stop with all the data center build outs. It was all grifting.

    18. maybe it’s because if it would really be a problem the solution would be there:

      nuclear energy.

instead they try to solve it by constantly demanding to hand over more power to centralized governments.

      ps:

you know what an average tide is? 250cm

you know how much the sea rose the “disastrous” last 120 years?

      20cm

i think we can handle it 🥱

you do know that for like 30million years co2 levels were like triple what they are now, was that from all the fossil fuels we were using?

Eco terrorism on the rise again. Didn’t have that on my bingo card.

The reason for pollution isnt *solely* shareholder value and profits, I know im speaking to a wall here so ill keep it short- pulling the vast majority of the world out of abject poverty, starvation, and suffering takes resources. Assuming you dont want to massacre a large portion of the population as many eco terrorists do, you have to accept that. If you do, then well I think you’ve lost the plot.

I can look at historical data and see that the climate has been in flux for all of recorded history. I don’t deny that the climate bounced from ice ages to greenhouse ages. What I doubt is that giving the government the power to tax me for breathing or eating beef is going to change anything. No, I’m not a bot, but if you believe that a carbon tax and carbon credits are going to fix anything other that a politicians retirement funds, your the bot.

    23. Mediocre_Silver8024 on

A major reason people can’t believe its real is that the people in power are using it to flagellate the west while building 57063 data centers in the same rest.

    24. Yeah climate change is a threat that’s why all the ice caps melted and the sea rose 50 feet and the ozone is completely gone

      Oh wait

      None of that happened.

I wonder if even one thing they’ve predicted will happen ever besides the tempterature getting mildly higher

    25. dude in uk we had 3 hot days and the rest have been COLD way colder than usual… but everyone is telling me to worry about a heatwave that is coming cos their phones tells them to.
