Have more ridiculous beauty standards please, it will definitely solve the problem

    2. „blackmarket“ implies illegal, but Mounjaro is available privately through standard clinics in Japan. The issue is that it’s not „approved“ for weight loss in Japan – it’s only approved for type 2 diabetes in Japan – but doctors can legally sell it to patients privately.

    3. „1 rice ball every 3 days“ isn’t from Mounjaro. It’s from mental illness.

    4. Haven’t seen them for a while now, but a while back I constantly got bombarded with ads on TikTok for clinics you could phone into to get prescribed Mounjaro.

There are people on this planet who wish they could have 1 rice ball every day, and this woman eats every 3 days ON PURPOSE.

At a certain point you cannot place the blame solely on beauty standards. A little blame needs to go to lack of exercise. I hate it, but I chuckle when my coworkers call each other so fit because they’re skinny. You aren’t really fit, you’re just skinny because your eating in a calorie deficit.

A little bit of cardio alone goes along way. I started weight training in my mid 20s. My only regret is I wish I started sooner. Even 2 days a week in the gym (2 hrs) makes a noticeable difference. Not even just for looks. It makes life easier, I feel stronger, sleep better, and the physical tasks in life are easier overall.

My partner started going gym, first as to spend more time with me, and after a few months of sticking to it, she enjoys it. She wants to go more times than me now! She’s much more confident about her own body now too.

Even though I’m bulking now, I’m also training for a marathon at the same time. I run with my company’s running club I’m easily the heaviest member but I’m not the slowest.

I work 9-6 sometimes 9-7 (ugh 😩). And my commute is over an hr. Yet I still go gym at least twice a week. Normally Weds, fri, sat, sun. I fit it in where I can. Sometimes I’m doing overtime in the office so I miss the Wednesday workout. It’s not a big deal, I still have time on those other days to get at it.

    7. I was told I was overweight and recommended to use Mounjaro. I told those persons that I don’t need that medication to lose weight, only willpower and hard training. After 8 weeks of training and cardio workouts, I lost 8 kilos without changing my diet, just running, cycling, and weightlifting. Now those persons have their mouths shut.
