      American living in Ireland here. ALL I wanted to do was cheer for an exciting, well-managed USMNT to make a respectable run. Instead, we get one corrupt bastard calling another corrupt bastard and bicycle-kicking every single good vibe into a cocked hat.

      I swear to Jesus Buddha Xenu Christ, that motherfucker could ruin a kitten playing with a puppy in a field of daisies.

      Not a big fan as in I haven’t watched a game and probably won’t but after recent news this is exactly what I wanted. A definitive win with no room to blame the ref or Belgium of cheating. I would say Belgium were even more motivated than normal! Lovely.

      Bedtime now though.

      Infantino is a marketing genius. Amount of interest in the game in the US is off the charts. My American wife is talking about nothing else and she just knows Beckham and Ronaldo, plus Mikel Arteta („He’s very handsome“). Pity they chose to play their worst game for years.

      Belgium ran riot against a US side that looked completely out of their depth. That third goal was a thing of beauty, the keeper had no chance at saving it. Lukaku looked like he was playing a different sport entirely, proper clinical finishing all night and a hat trick to boot.
