The President noted that Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Kharkiv, and Dnipro face daily attacks, highlighting a massive strike on Kyiv that killed 31 people and injured 102. While Ukraine intercepts over 90% of drones, ballistic missiles remain Moscow’s primary tool for continuing the war.
