Totally get carrying bear repellant if you live up in Mino…. it’s a pretty active area for bear sightings…. but what was he was doing with it almost 2 hours away in the middle of Nagoya??
Seems pretty easy to determine if intentional or not based on cctv footage if they have it. What’s the fuss about, just show the footage then.
