They (not me; I voted for Die Linke) keep voting the same shitty parties in and somehow expect different results.
No wonder the place is falling apart: money is being syphoned off for the ultra rich at the expense of everything and everyone else.

And yet just a few weeks ago U.S. News ranked Germany the 4th best country in the world. Schrödingers Country, full decline and top 5 at the same time 😀

The national team perfectly reflects Germany’s current state.
30 years of saving money as goverment will do that to an economy.

You’ll know that Germany truly declined when Balkaners and Turks stop moving in en mass

That was the same Newsweek that said it was Germany’s century back in 2014 after the WC win!! 😅

Oh Jesus we are still the 3rd largest economy in the World with just 84 Mio people. Germany has won the FIFA Men’s World Cup four times. We have fee higher education: Public universities charge virtually zero tuition fees, even for international students, making upward mobility realistic. Public safety thanks to a lot creme rate in comparison. We have parental Support, universal health care, public transportation (yes DB could be more on time) but we have it! We have unemployment Support and I guess some pretty cities and Landscapes. The weather could be better sometimes and I am actually really annoyed by doing my tax return. Otherwise, German bureaucracy simply doesn’t affect me at all—not even the slightest bit—in my everyday life. I was born here, everything is good. I have inherited two apartments. I have a good job with a permanent contract. I get holiday and Christmas bonuses, and I have 30 days of vacation. I wouldn’t know what to complain about, but somehow, as long as I can remember, the media has been constantly bashing Germany—and I just think to myself, it is actually not that bad! ☺️

Germany needs change before it is too late, but sadly most of them won’t listen. You could literally see the writing on the wall.

Germany is fine. The rich just hoard all the money so it stagnates. Money used to flow 20+ years ago.
Germany has simply reached peak corruption politics just like everyone else

Have you seen the Kurzgesagt video [Germany Is Over](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-gYFcVx-8Y)?
The future does look… deeply concerning.
