Der Einfluss Russlands in Österreich wird oft als Kultur, Sprachunterricht und Gemeinschaftsveranstaltungen getarnt. Durch das Russische Repräsentantenhaus, Diaspora-Netzwerke und politische Verbündete werden die Narrative des Kremls als „kultureller Austausch“ umgestaltet und gleichzeitig die Unterstützung für die Ukraine geschwächt.

The fear is that if the Russian House is closed, the Goethe-Instituts in Russia will also be closed.
