The Japanese are always so into it, they just have a knack for it, and they handle being unobtrusively pushy with such honor, respect, and kindness that you inevitably end up feeling like the biggest, rudest village idiot ever. Great people, i do really love them.

When it comes to ways of expressing “I respect you” to someone, the way Japan finds to do it is in a league of its own.
