Ich hatte heute einen Termin für eine Haarschnitt- und Blond-Balayage in einem örtlichen Salon. Auf ihrem Instagram-Account waren viele tolle Arbeiten mit Blondinen zu sehen, daher war es für mich in Ordnung, keine persönliche Referenz zu haben.
Wir hatten eine klare Kommunikation, bevor etwas getan wurde. Ich habe dem Stylisten das Referenzfoto gezeigt, das ich beigefügt habe.
Der Schnitt ist in Ordnung, aber die Farbe entspricht überhaupt nicht dem, was ich mir gewünscht habe. Die Strähnchen sind klobig, ungleichmäßig und passen nicht gut zu meinem Oberkopf. Und mein Haar war so dunkelgrau getönt, dass man es ein zweites Mal tönen musste, um es aufzuwärmen. Und ich frage mich, wo ist die Balayage oder „Foilayage“? Es ist, als hätten sie einfach überall eine Menge Highlights hineingeworfen.
Die Stylistin gab mir ein klärendes Shampoo, um die grauen Haare zu entfernen, und sagte mir, ich solle wiederkommen, wenn ich immer noch nicht zufrieden sei, damit sie das Problem beheben könne. Das Problem ist, dass ich, als ich nach Hause kam und genau hinschaute, feststellte, dass auch die Highlights schlecht gemacht waren.
Ich habe 360 € bezahlt, weil ich erschöpft und überfordert war und einfach gehen wollte.
Würden Sie dem gleichen Salon vertrauen, dass er das Problem repariert? Ist eine Rückerstattung überhaupt möglich? Ist das realistischerweise korrigierbar oder muss ich diese enormen Kosten einfach auf mich nehmen und woanders hingehen, um das Problem zu beheben?

It’s not a balayage, it’s just highlights.
If you don’t let them fix it, you’ll have to pay a different salon and you won’t get a refund from the first place. So I’d go in, talk to the head stylist, and come up with a plan.
I don’t know anything about feminine hair cuts and stuff, but 360€?!?! And the before looks better lol sorry

Your choice is basically to try going back to them or lose the money.
I once paid a lot for blonde highlights (not as much as you but something like 180) and when I got home my husband couldn’t even see the highlights (it was bad) I went back and told them I wanted blonde highlights not slightly lighter brown highlights. They did correct it and made it better. I wasn’t exactly happy with the end result but I didn’t cry after like the first round.
If you were worked ok by a junior stylist you could insist on seeing the boss.
I really struggle to tell a difference between all these pictures o.o I’m sure they’ve done a terrible job, as others have said, but I find it impressive how ya’ll can notice these things!
