      We are paying our vassal dues. The fact that the planes are loud, non-functional and not really ours anyway is immaterial.

      So, another half billion down the drain that is the US using money destined for specific products for anything BUT these specific products.

      Wait, let’s think this through:

      1. We agreed on a fixed price for the F-35, just to hear a bit later that we’ll now get fewer planes but have to pay more money.
      2. We were informed that the Patriot systems will come with huge delays and will cost at least twice as much as agreed.
      3. We halted the additional pre-payments for the Patriot (why make additional pre-payments if our systems won’t be produced during the next few years anyway).
      4. As a reaction the U.S. Mafia governement simply misappropriates our F-35 pre-payments towards the Patriot deal.
      5. Now we’re even paying additional F-35 pre-payments before they are due, because of the fear that otherwise we won’t even get spare parts for the F/A-18 ?!?

      So apparently our governement is happily compling with an increasingly brazen level of extorition.

      We’re now paying billions to obvious thieves for cakes we don’t receive, out of fear that if we don’t, we’ll not even get the crumbs?
