      The singular and only American economic principle is that money is the only and most important thing. The rest of the world knows better.

      I mean, American economy was (and still is) powerhouse with many countries closely following it, trying to maintain favour and relationship with it. Atleast until Trump it was. So nothing new there.

      That aside, despite working for prestigious university, this guy’s nihonjinron is spilling hard.

      Not exactly true, in Japan most Muslims are peaceful Indonesians who come here to work. Yet the reason why Japan has Islamophobia is mostly US ideology… Same for japanese economy
