      To everyone who thinks negotiations with Russia are possible, you should have paid attention on history classes.

      They are starting to negotiate about putting out Taliban from their formal list of terrorist groups.

      So, if anyone wants to deal with the country that deals with terrorists as openly as Russia – these people are idiots
