Hallo Letten,
Was würden Sie empfehlen?
Danke und frohes neues Jahr! 🎉

What sort of route were you thinking? Are you going to Lithuania next?
Not sure about motocycle specifically but the road around the western side of LV along the sea from Jūrmala onwards is quite nice and picturesque with wild seaside that gets better the further you go. Eventually you end up in Klaipeda, Lithuania and can do their Curonian spit. Along the way you have Ventspils and Liepāja, along with many cute smaller towns and fishermen villages. I also find the Irbene Radio Telescope a very unique spot to visit, especially if you can book a tour: [https://maps.app.goo.gl/uP8zmmdR6DJo1WBw5?g_st=ic](https://maps.app.goo.gl/uP8zmmdR6DJo1WBw5?g_st=ic)
Also Kuldīga is a great town to visit in the western part of the country.
Hello! For castles and viewpoints I would suggest Sigulda, there’s also lots of cliffs and „caves“ in Gaujas Nacionālais parks but I am not sure how it would be to get around by bike and it is closer to Riga and a shorter drive.
But another interesting route would be to go to Liepāja and then to Lithuania but along the coastline.
You can drive through Jūrmala, drive through fishermen villages like Lapmežciems, Ragaciems and up to Kolkasrags. I would also suggest Irbes ieteka jūrā and Pāvilosta. If you visit Liepāja, I would suggest going to the Karosta jail for a guided tour, visit Artillery battery no.1,2,3 which is an abandoned former USSR military objectright by the sea and of course the city itself. If you want to have lunch or dinner in Liepāja, I’d suggest „Teika“.
