Concafe, host / hostess clubs, maid cafes, etc are that sort of business that are safe to visit if you go on occasion knowing and setting your limit.

Not sure how the government can regulate this than banning it outright.
How could they even ban this outright? Disallow men and women drinking together?
I mean….here in Hong Kong, there are news that people get scammed from just whatsapp messages. So host clubs, at least you get to see the person before getting scammed. Anyways…..both are byproducts of being lonely and want company.
Speaking of scams, it seems like a free article until midway through it asks me to pay them if I want to read to the end. Isn’t this also the same type of scam that they are talking about in the article? Try to hook the customer before making them pay more and more.

This is the oldest scam in the world when the victims are male, but now that it’s happened to a single woman, time to regulate it out of existence!

The simple way to deal with it is to just take it to court and for the judge to cancel the debt.
They just cancel few of those and then establishments won’t extend the lines of credit that cause these problems. Problem solved, play silly games, win silly prizes.
