I will give my thoughts on this because why not.
Poland does not have much of a naval tradition and we always expected threat for land, so for Poland Baltic was kind of lost cause for long time.
But the situation is different now. With Sweden and Finland in NATO having full undisputed naval supremacy is possible and should be capitalized on.
Even more! All Baltic countries can form coalition even without NATO and still could have supremacy on Baltic and belive this is the goal.
