One of U.S.’s most well-known and treasured attributes is its natural beauty. Although numbers of visitors to the nation’s national parks declined in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, figures have since bounced back.
The National Park Service recorded 325,498,646 visitors across all national parks in 2023.
But not all parks are created equal. Below is a map of the top ten, ranked by number of visitors last year, and more details on each park can be read further down.
