Some good points there (namely diversifying your economy instead of refusing to let go of the internal combustion engine as your only business model, and investing in infrastructure that will allow people to build new industries).
But then they go on to propose that the labour laws of the HQ country apply on the German branch, and that’s a no-no. We cannot simply make wage dumping legal and call that progress.

They need a complete economic meltdown, then a fascist or communist takeover, years of poverty and scarcity, and then a war or a revolution which will lead to revitalization.
