      I hope so. The fly-in voters are defeating the spirit of the current law that you can only vote if you’re present in Armenia.

      1. A certain large portion of Armenian diaspora is CORRUPT and take election bribes to travel to Armenia and vote. Russia and other countries have weaponized them against the sovereignty of Armenia.

      It’s physically nearly impossible to prove their corruption. Otherwise, there would be no places in Armenian prisons.

      Not allowing their participation is an act of mercy towards them because their place is rotting in Armenian prisons not drinking their bribe-bought coffee in Krasnodar.
