The pic in the article shows that they’ve made decent accommodations in the tarps for access to the two doorways. Doesn’t look like they’re coming down anytime soon.
They likely don’t want to pay the overtime to remove the scaffolding on a Sunday.
No doubt the UFC cage will also be covered in tarp during his birthday, until the impending threat of rain has passed. Fear of rain, not fear of being exposed as a loser on his birthday, is the only reason I can think of for the tarp to remain.
