    SS: US-Präsident Donald Trump bestätigte, dass eine Einigung mit dem Iran erzielt worden sei, und sagte, er habe ein Ende der US-Seeblockade iranischer Häfen in der Straße von Hormus genehmigt.

    „Herzlichen Glückwunsch an alle!“ schrieb er in den sozialen Medien, ohne Einzelheiten zu nennen. Er fügte hinzu: „Schiffe der Welt, starten Sie Ihre Motoren. Lassen Sie das Öl fließen!“

      Yeah…

      I will give it a few days till something happens again. Whether it is Israel bombing Lebanon or Trump and Iran having another „misunderstanding“. The conflict is never going to end.

      Complete and total strategic loss for the US. I’d argue it’s a worse strategic loss than Vietnam due to modern deterrence loss and important of waterways. Genuinely insane that this deal is even moving forward

      Everyone involved in this has so little credibility and has lied so much that it’s pretty much impossible to believe anything any of these people have to say. This isn’t the first time a “deal” with no details has been announced just before markets open and I doubt it’ll be the last.

      I doubt it lasts, but Iran gets exactly what they want: US ships leaving Iranian waters (with there being next to no chance they come back), so there’s no longer any leverage to make them do anything. The only question is whether Iran takes the money now, and waits for the next president (who will not enforce anything) to make their nukes, or continue to delay the nuclear issue, and just make them now, when there is no longer a way for the US to enforce it.
